THE HEART OF THE MATTER

The heart of my Netflix Comedy Special: Whippets & Whiskey (which I am manifesting) is about spreading awareness of mental health and the truth about narcissism. It’s essential that we learn to recognize the signs of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and understand the profound impact it can have on individuals and their relationships. But here’s the thing — NPD is a treatable condition, and those affected deserve to know that healing is possible and that help is available.

I believe speaking out and sharing my truth as a survivor is not just part of my journey, but an important part of the healing process. It takes strength and bravery to face what we’ve endured, but by doing so, we empower others to do the same.
