**Manifesting my Netflix Comedy Special**

The heart of my Netflix Comedy Special is all about shining a light on mental health and the real truth about narcissism. It’s so important that we learn to recognize the signs of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and understand how deeply it can impact people and their relationships.

For me, speaking out and sharing my story as a survivor isn’t just part of my own healing, it’s a way to help others find theirs. With that kind of emotional trauma, shame shows up and tries to convince you to stay silent… to believe that somehow, you were the problem. But shame only grows in silence.

The moment we start speaking our truth, we take our power back and give others the strength to do the same. Because the best revenge is laughing loud, healing hard, and telling your story anyway.
